We have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a dynamic mutidisciplinary team of contract managers, contract analysts and contract finance professionals on a 12 month contract. The position will be supporting the NHS with expert financial management input into the contract planning and performance management. This position calls for a qualified/part qualificed AAT/CIMA professional who can support with the planning, negotiating and the performance management of provider contracts that underpin and reflect local plans and patient needs. You will help to ensure the delivery of all key contract targets and agreements with a particular focus on financial delivery and for ensuring the effective delivery of the services and patient care within agreed financial envelopes This role supports the business in driving transformation as well as value for money in planning, commissioning and service. Day to day you will: Provide financial monitoring Support the development of complex performance processes and frameworkds Develop and maintain proactive relationships with provider finance and operational staff Maintain and develop the financial contro and audit systems and processors Take the lead in monitoring and analyse performance against agreed contract and commissioning plans.
