The COMPANY Our client is a well established Global manufacturer of power generation/combustion equipment to a variety of industries including petrochemical, power stations, oil & gas, etc. Their market leading comprehensive product range includes thermal oxidizers, burners, flare systems and pollution control equipment. The ROLE Due to continued growth of their business an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team. Duties will include; Dealing with a high volume of invoices Weekly payment runs in multi-currency Detailed and varying coding each PO/invoice to a specific project. Communicating with different departments throughout the business. The CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be a talented Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger Clerk with relevant experience allied to taking a pride in doing an excellent job. You will require; Purchase Ledger experience Excellent communication skills as roughly only 30-40% of invoices can be processed first time, the rest usually have queries and require communication with people to resolve. This is not a standard ledger role - it can be more complicated, challenging and interesting than a normal purchase ledger role.
