Robert Half are working in exclusive partnership with a not-for-profit organisation based outside of Oxford to recruit a newly created position titled as Finance Manager. Working as number two to the Finance Director you will take ownership of the day to day accounting procedures, oversee transactional areas and ad-hoc project work during a period of significant growth. This role is paying between £40,000 and £45,000 per annum plus 25 days annual leave. The Finance Manager Position: This role would suit an experienced Finance Manager looking to take ownership of a growing finance function and support the Finance Director with vital financial information and guidance toward areas of strategy. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to: - Prepare financial statements - P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Banking - Reconcile and monitor spend versus budget on projects - Supervise a team including payroll and oversee - Liaise with auditors for year-end process - Deputise for the Finance Director You You will be an experienced Finance Manager, ideally with exposure to the not for profit/charity sector but all backgrounds will be considered. You will work have the ability to work in an autonomous fashion being a leader within the finance function.
