If you are an experienced Norwich based IFA practice Administrator then you should read on I am currently recruiting for one of the best practices in Norfolk, my client offer an excellent working environment with a friendly and flexible approach to work. Through internal growth my client has an opportunity to join their already well established Administration team in the capacity of a Financial Planning Assistant where you will assist two of their Financial Planners in their capacity to provide holistic Financial Planning Advice. You will provide first class administration and support, ensuring the completion of work is wholly accurate. My client can offer a competitive salary along with extensive benefits including a pension. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9-5, 25 days holiday. Key principal of the role You will work in conjunction with the Adviser and Paraplanner to ensure that a very high level of financial planning support and servicing is provided to all clients. You will process new business in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with agreed service standards and standards for Treating Customers Fairly. You will service on-going business and assist with the delivery of client review services in a timely manner in accordance with agreed service standards and standards for Treating Customers Fairly. You will provide accurate fund valuations/client review packs as required for on-going client servicing and financial reporting. You will communicate the progress of business to Managers, Directors, Clients and Consultants as appropriate. You will foster good working relationships with Managers, Colleagues and Consultants. You will effectively manage your office diary system to effectively plan and prioritise workloads, and to ensure client servicing is conducted as agreed. You will provide support to the Senior Financial Planning Assistants. You will contribute to day to day activities such as answering telephones, opening and distributing post, filing and archiving and ensuring telephone/office cover is maintained. You may also conduct project work and associated tasks as requested by Managers and / or Director.
