B&C are currently partnering a well established business in west London who are seeking a Head of Financial Reporting. This role plays a key role in the business and will support the UK Financial Controller and Finance Director on all technical aspects, however this role will play as a business partner to different support functions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team within the business; - Taking full ownership and responsibility of the overall Month-end Reporting for the Senior management team to review, this includes the P&L/Balance sheet and working capital; - Lead the group reporting and monthend process to ensure the quality of information is accurate and timely; - Continuous process improvement and review of the internal controls; - Full ownership of the statutory accounts; - Involved in the CAPEX projects related to the business and any other ad-hoc projects; Experience: Qualified ACA/ACCA; Team Management; A clear ambition to grow and develop; Badenoch Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
