The business has now created the role of Head of Finance/FD Designate, to build and develop a "best in class" finance function, while delivering accurate management information to both the Senior Executive Team and operational management. The role will be at the forefront of delivering change and leading projects designed to reengineer the strategic direction of the business. Reporting to a high calibre Managing Director, your additional responsibilities will also include: - Provide commercial support to the Senior Leadership Team on implementing strategy, improving the quality of the business and any projects that arise. Leading finance projects designed to deliver growth and change. Development and introduction of key management information to aid strategic decision making. Preparation of divisional and group accounts. Preparation of annual budgeting and regular reforecasts. Develop excellent working relationships across the operations teams. Management of the groups cash forecasting and treasury management requirements. Management of all statutory reporting requirements. Management and development of an existing finance team. Our client is seeking an ambitious qualified accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA with a sound understanding of working within a dynamic, owner managed SME environment.
