SALARY:
£30,000 to £35,000 Basic (depending on experience), plus bonus plus benefits.

LOCATION:
Based at the company's global Commercial, Sales & Marketing operations near Dartford, Kent, you must live within commuting distance of the office, and will probably be living or looking for work in the Dartford, Gravesend, Bromley, Rochester etc. areas of North Kent, or South Essex, London / SE London. After comprehensive training in Ireland and the UK on the company's systems and procedures, in your role as Commercial Analyst you will be working as part of the commercial team based in Dartford, Kent, responsible analysing and interpreting financial, margin, and price data etc., supporting senior sales and executive personnel throughout the business, and acting as liaison between the operational, commercial, and financial divisions. This wide ranging, proactive and responsive role focusses on several key areas including; commercial analysis, margin management, order book management, financial forecasting / planning, and some project activity. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for key tasks such as producing dashboards to support calculation and reporting of KPI's, 'order book' analysis, input into the 'demand planning' process, weekly/monthly/quarterly sales performance, price, and margin reports for senior management, price intelligence by customer / range / market, supporting targeting and measurement of sales team bonus schedules and, most importantly concise, actionable analysis and recommendations. Most likely a STEM graduate, or a part-qualified management accountant, you will currently be working as an Analyst in a commercial, manufacturing, logistics, or possibly financial environment - ideally as a Commercial Analyst, or perhaps Supply Chain Analyst, Finance Analyst, Graduate Commercial Analyst, or similar. An ambitious and motivated commercially orientated self-starter, you must have demonstrably high levels of numeracy and accuracy, the ability to analyse, manipulate and interpret commercial data, familiarity with forecasting models, and a sound understanding of business intelligence tools.
