Audit Officer
- Responsible for assisting internal audit of AWT Projects.
- Responsible to carry out pre-audit of those cases which fall under approved limit strictly in accordance with SOPs.
- Responsible to ensure that all cases received for pre-audit are duly supported with all relevant documents and are in order as required by SOPs.
- Responsible to verify that all required formalities have been completed especially in procurement cases.
- Responsible to verify that order is being placed in favour of the lowest party.
- Responsible to verify that the material received is in accordance with the indented and ordered specifications.
- Will assist in conducting internal audit of AWT projects as well as companies as a team member in accordance with the audit plan/programme approved by the CA.
- Responsible to ensure that SOPs and other systems/controls designed by AWT are being followed in letter and spirit.
- Responsible to point out deviations from the laid down SOPs.
- Responsible to perform any other job assigned by GHIA/ DMA to entire satisfaction of seniors.
