One of our top clients are looking for an experience Compliance Manager to join their team at their office in Whiteley, Fareham. Key
responsibilities:
Keep up to date on applicable regulatory developments, identifying and communicating the impact of changes to regulations on the business Provide guidance to management with regards to the interpretation and application of the relevant laws and regulations in the UK Work closely with Operational, Compliance & AML, Risk and Legal teams to ensure a robust regulatory control environment is maintained, suggesting enhancements for key controls governing regulatory risks Oversee the review of the breaches and complaints register ensuring appropriate due process is followed internally Support the Associate Director by managing key Compliance & AML projects designed to mitigate regulatory risks or improve Compliance and AML processes in the UK and across Skills, knowledge and expertise: A detailed understanding of, and experience with, performing compliance activities within a financial services company Strong knowledge of the UK regulatory environment and ability to apply it appropriately within the business At least 8 years' relevant experience in a compliance role within the financial services sector Please apply below if you are interested in seeing the full job description along with the client details.
