Group Reporting Accountant - St Albans Consumer Additions are currently working in partnership with a highly successful Consumer Brand, who are looking for a Group Reporting Accountant to join their growing team based in St Albans. The Group Reporting Accountant opportunity offers great career progression and development routes as the business continues to grow. Main Responsibilities for the Group Reporting Accountant position includes; Provide accurate reporting across the Group including ownership of consolidation process Preparation of consolidated financial statements Preparation of quarterly KPI information and liaise with senior stakeholders Reconcile accounting records to group ledgers in accordance with IFRS Preparation of consolidated management accounts including balance sheet and cash flow Board packs preparation to Senior Management for review Provide support in month end, budget and audit processes Central involvement in year-end process including key preparation of deliverables for audit Continuous improvement and review on financial systems and processes, and implementing process improvements Support development of junior members of staff Personal Requirements: Qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent), with a strong technical skillset Good technical knowledge of IRFS Confidence to support, recommend and challenge Senior Stakeholders in a fast-paced environment The role represents an excellent opportunity for a driven Finance professional looking for their first Industry move within a dynamic, progressive and fast-paced work environment.
