We are looking for an experienced Senior Compliance candidate within the Financial Services industry along with in depth knowledge of AML (Anti Money Laundering) and Compliance regulations. Good management skills is needed to work closely with other internal teams within the company and their other jurisdictions within Europe. Key

responsibilities:
Monitoring and reporting on UK regulatory obligations Perform the role of nominated Compliance Officer ("CO") and Money Laundering Reporting Officer ("MLRO") Keep up to date on applicable regulatory developments, identifying and communicating the impact of changes to regulations on the business Provide guidance to management with regards to the interpretation and application of the relevant laws and regulations in the UK Work closely with Operational, Compliance & AML, Risk and Legal teams to ensure a robust regulatory control environment is maintained, suggesting enhancements for key controls governing regulatory risks Responsible for the effective design and implementation of the UK Compliance Monitoring Programme ("CMP") ensuring that it continues to provide oversight of the business and compliance with regulations Prepare and present written reports, as appropriate, on compliance matters for the Board Oversee the review of the breaches and complaints register ensuring appropriate due process is followed internally Promote awareness of, and compliance with policies and procedures Provide training to the wider business as required Act as principal point of contact with the FCA on regulatory matters as required To receive the job description in full, please apply below and one of our agents will be in contact with you.
