A leading, multinational business requires an outstanding FP&A Analyst / Management Accountant to be based in Central London. Excellent benefits on offer. The FP&A Analyst / Management Accountant will provide financial support to the lead Finance Business Partner and the UK Group Finance Team. This role will require working closely with the business to lead the FP&A efforts to providing pertinent and timely analysis and reporting of the financial performance of the business, providing management information including monthly management accounts, KPIs and analysis to the business.

Responsibilities:
Management Accounts / FP&A Accurate preparation and production of monthly management accounts to a strict timetable and in accordance with the company's accounting policies To take full ownership of a number of balance sheet accounts including reconciliation and accuracy reviews Work closely with the AP/AR teams to ensure the accuracy of allocations, accruals and provisions Preparation and delivery of annual budgets, variance analysis, quarterly re-forecasting and presentation Provide ad-hoc reports using a variety of programs including accounting software, Excel and Word Help improve the internal MI and financial analysis Business Support To work closely with the lead Finance Business Partner and the business to gain a deep understanding of the respective business line Provide business partnering services to the relevant Service Line Head of Departments To assist on collation, analysis and reporting of weekly/monthly KPI's and other relevant business intelligence Attending and deputising for lead Finance Business Partner in meetings with internal senior stakeholders The candidate: Degree level education Finalist or newly qualified (ACA/ACCA or CIMA) Thorough understanding of P&L activity Strong accounting skills Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills Strong experience of management reporting and commercial finance covering: budgeting and forecasting, KPI analysis etc. Excellent planning and organisational skills Demonstrable record of delivery in a finance position with exposure to FP&A, commercial finance and corporate accounting. Robust character with confidence in challenging existing protocol and Stakeholder Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel) The FP&A Analyst will be rewarded with the following: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum Bonus Excellent flexibility Outstanding overall benefits package
