I am seeking an immediately available Accounts Assistant to sit in a Purchase Ledger team supporting the Finance Manager within a busy team, who continue to see growth and success. We are seeking a candidate who has the ability to work to deadlines, likes the detail and will always question. You will be supported by an expanding team, long standing, and who value environment, support and engagement. Key responsibilities include; Raising, matching and reconciling Purchase Orders Processing Purchase ledgers Processing/identifying Accrual and Prepayment needs Monthly Bank Reconciliations Petty Cash Maintaining Fixed Asset schedules Reconciling Supplier statements Preparing BACS payments and remittance advices Procuring products for all departments, ensuring the best quality and service at the best price.
