Transaction Services Manager / Assistant Manager Our client is a Top 4 firm of Chartered Accountants who have considerable expansion plans within their Transaction Services team nationally. They are looking for experienced qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA to join their teams in Birmingham or Nottingham at a Manager or an Assistant Manager level to help manage a broad range of transactions across Corporate and Private Equity or cross border deals. The successful individuals will have at least 1 years Transaction Services or related experience during their training or PQE or will already be operating at a Manager level within a large firm. No prior Transaction Services experience may be considered if a very commercial individual. CIMA qualified individuals from commercial industry roles will also be considered. You will have the ability to understand key business drivers, to analyse and interpret financial data, understand complex business models and produce meaningful and concise reports, including financial due diligence and capital market reports. Within the Transaction Services team you will be confident to manage teams of more junior individuals across the due diligence processes, as well as giving presentations to senior level clients and getting involved in networking within the business community.
