Part Time Accounts Assistant Job - £30,000 - Victoria - Interior Design Company - Sage 50

Your new company
You will be joining an interior design company based in Victoria, the role has come about due to an increase in workload. At the moment there are only 2 people in the finance function, but the company is growing very quickly. You will work monday to friday 10.00 -14.00, and sit in a company of 50 people. The offices are really nice and the company culture is very friendly and dynamic.

Your new role
-You will be processing invoices
-You will be raising invoices
-You will be conducting bank reconciliations
-You will be answering queries
-You will be liaising with suppliers
-You will be conducting payment runs
-You will be conducting various ad hoc tasks
-Using Sage

What you'll need to succeed
-You will need to be experienced on both sides of the ledger
-You will need to have conducted bank reconciliations
-You will need to be confident and have good people skills
-You will need to be a team player
-You must have used Sage
