Service Charge Accountant

New Job Opportunity working as a Service Charge Accountant - Salary circa £35k - 40k

Your new company
A well known and established property management firm based in Central London is looking to add to its finance team having had a successful merger and have now increased the size of their portfolio.

Your new role
The role will be varied and diverse and include the following duties:
Monthly -

• Producing and Close monthly client statements
• Bank Reconciliations
• Client Statements
• Conducting Monthly Service Charges for various tenants (residential & commercial)
  
  Quarterly -
• VAT returns
• Quarterly Service Charge reporting
• Utility Reconciliations
  
  Annually -
• Production of annual service charge budgets
• Insurance Billings
• Service Charge or Audit Queries
• Assisting in Statutory Accounts Preparations
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  You will need to have experience working within the property industry and have dealt with both residential and commercial tenants. Ideally you would have used a property specific system such as Propman, Yardi or Qube.
