Finance Assistant

Temporary Finance Assistant Job - Media Company - Central London.

A well-established, rapidly growing media company is looking to recruit an Finance Assistant job for their London office. The vacancy has arisen due to current expansion and the client is keen to secure an ambitious Finance Assistant with broad knowledge of finance function.


Core Duties:

• Processing accounts payable / receivable invoices
• Multi-currency bank reconciliations
• Conducting payment runs
• Allocating payments
• Processing and reconciling credit cards and expenses
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Petty cash maintenance
• Assistant with VAT returns
• Ad-hoc duties
  
  Key Skills/Attributes:
• Sage Line 50 experience
• Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables and formulas) (Essential)
• Experience in large proportion of core duties listed above
• Part-qualified or looking to commence ACCA/CIMA
• Experience in finance function of similar organisation
