Description
As an Accounts Assistant, you will report into the Finance Manager, responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the finance function.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: bank reconciliations; payment runs; invoice processing; processing expenses; debt reporting; cash flow forecasting; periodic analysis; processing journals - accrual and prepayments; liaising with suppliers; assisting with management accounts production.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in a varied finance role - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel and Sage 50 - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have excellent attention to detail - Essential
