Your new company
A well known national Accountancy group with excellent local links and a great reputation with clients all across South Wales. They have consistently grown in terms of headcount and turnover for the last 5 years and value internal progression and staff development as key reasons for their ongoing success. Due to an increase in Audit level clients, they are looking to grow the team with an Audit Assistant Manager.

Your new role
You will manage a portfolio of high profile audit clients, planning and running their audits, managing the team on site and working closely with the clients to ensure a fair and efficient outcome of the audit. There is also a large element of supporting the Accounts team, reviewing the work of Juniors, mentoring and upskilling the team and ensuring the clients receive a high quality of work.

Depending on your experience, there is room for someone to come in at Manager level, with more direct people management and influence over the direction of the team.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be ACA/ACCA qualified with experience of leading client audits and the ability to deal directly with clients in a professional and compliant manner.
