Project Accountant

Your new company
A hospitality company with an excellent portfolio of hotels is looking for an interim project accountant to come on board for a 3-month period.

Your new role
As the project accountant, you will come on board until the end of September to close out a main project they have been involved in, work on an IFRS 16 implementation, and perform liquidation accounting for one of their companies. The role will be beginning next week to complete handover from the project accountant currently in the role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have had previous experience overseeing and closing large projects, have worked on the implementation of IFRS16 and be confident managing this, and had previous exposure to liquidation accounting. You must be confident liaising with stakeholders, working in a small but supportive team, and be willing to work hard to drive the finance function forward.
