A leading organisation centrally based in Brighton are seeking a Purchase Ledger & Payroll Assistant on a permanent basis

Description

As Purchase Ledger & Payroll Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Processing all the accounts payable invoices
  • Reconciliations of supplier statements
  • Managing account queries
  • Providing support to the payroll function
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Any ad hoc finance requirements

Profile

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in both purchase ledger, payroll and expenses combined with accountancy systems skills.
