Job Details
As Head of Finance you will sit on the senior leadership team, oversee the financial management of the business, develop the team and provide financial planning, analysis and strategy for the business to drive the business forward.

Michael Page Finance have been retained to exclusively partner with an established SME in Wembley. They provide services to some of the best known restaurants, pubs, hotels and caterers in the UK. Up year on year they are very collaborative and really care about their clients and the service they provide.
They look to continue their growth over the coming years and have reinvested in to the business to enable this.
As Head of Finance you will have a seat on the Senior Leadership Team and report in to the Managing Director, who is very passionate about the business and leads from the front.
Description
As Head of Finance you will be charged with overseeing and leading the finance function, providing direction and development to the team. A major part of this role will be to facilitate FP&A for the business working with all departments to ensure plans are set and delivered within budget and to drive profit and reduce cost across the business. You will Represent finance on the senior leadership team to deliver the businesses plans.
Profile
To be considered for this role you will be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA), have experience in direct people management and a background in Financial Planning and Analysis.
