Finance Manager to run numerous infrastructure projects
Your new company
You will be working for an exciting infrastructure business that operate a number of projects across the UK including large property developments as well as renewable energy infrastructure. The business having recently won a number of contracts and are therefore looking to bring on an interim Finance Manager for an initial 6 month role.
Your new role
You will be expected to operate as the Finance Director and the Company Secretary of a set number of projects within the business. You will support the General Manager of these relevant projects in the effective delivery of the SPV's statutory and contractual obligations. You will provide a broad range of finance skills to this role and be encouraged to drive process improvements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships including the Board, General Managers and Funder
- Manage the financial aspects of any project commercial activity
- Ensure compliance with contractual documentation, statutory and regulatory frameworks and agreed programmes and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant who enjoys taking responsibility for a set number of projects. You will have good communication skills and feel comfortable working alongside non-finance daily, and be able to clearly articulate the contractual requirements.
