Your new role
Responsible for controlling all the costs and revenue of the UK entity
Production of all management information as well as UK statutory reporting
Managing personnel in their standard processing/accounting function
Ensuring that the company's costs are fully controlled and that the financials reported are within budget
Manage the production of month end results and reporting to Head Office
Manage/produce monthly internal management results (including variances against budgets/forecasts)
Oversee cashflow forecasting and management to ensure sufficient cash available for normal business activities
Produce and report annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and 5-year financial plans
Produce of statutory financial statements including compliance with UK reporting standards
Manage Year End processes & reports including year end statutory audit and internal audits
Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to the delivery of financial targets.
Regular Financial performance reviews with the commercial and operational budget holders
Ensure compliance with all financial/statutory reporting requirements
Manage compliance and communication with UK tax authorities
Manage the recharge and sublet of the property and related or other costs

HR and Payroll
Manage monthly payroll
Manage personnel budgeting and reporting
Control employee objectives and bonus calculations
Manage annual statutory payroll reporting/requirements
Oversee employer's compliance requirements regarding payroll and employment rights
Control of Contractors contracts and performance

Control and manage all the company's assets, stock and premises liabilities
Manage all the company's leases and contracts
Customer Financial and operational evaluation and development
Manage the Holdback Targets and progress
Mange the Tactical support budget with regard to operational and financial implications
Manage the Composite reporting program to ensure reliable information is retrieved for the financial evaluation of channels
Creation and application of a dealer scorecard to manage and evaluate all aspects of the channel performance
Local control of Training Centre budget
Support the dealer funding process and tracking performance
Supporting the Regional Manager - Carrying out an integral role as part of the company decision making process.
Ad-hoc Project management and delivery

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with either luxury brand or automotive industry experience

What you'll get in return
£50,000 - 60,000
Bonus 10%
