A very successful leisure group based in central London are looking for a Accounts Payable assistant to join their rapidly growing business. The company has enjoyed huge success over the last few years and as a result their finance team is growing.

Responsibilities:

Perform the day to day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner

• High level of supplier statements reconciliations
• Verify that transactions comply with the financial policies and procedures
• Payment run on a weekly basis
• Run the Aged Creditors on a weekly basis
• Manage the weekly BACS Payment
• Record all the payments
• Allocate payments into the suppliers accounts

Skills Required.

• Knowledge of accounts payable
• Sage 200
• Microsoft Excel-Sumifs, Vlookups, Pivot tables etc
• Fnb for stock (desirable)
• Restaurant Point of Sale like Aloha, Tissl, Comtrex Etc
