Job Description:

At BenRiach, we are looking for a dynamic and hands on Production Finance Accountant to work with our operations team in Newbridge in a very business facing capacity.

This person will be responsible for the provision of financial management, control and business partnering support to the BenRiach bottling operations, producing 900k cases annually across the award winning BenRiach brand portfolio (BenRiach, GlenDronach, GlenGlassaugh) in addition to various other well known 3rd party brands. This role consists of the following elements:

  • Financial Management and Control
  • Costing
  • Finance Analysis & Decision Support

This role reports to the Finance Controller for the Benriach Distillery.

Requirements

  • Professional Accountancy Qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CA) with demonstrated understanding of UK GAAP
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, particularly non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to build productive relationships and partnerships and influence others.
  • Proactive and inquisitive nature, demonstrates enthusiasm, energy and drive
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within FMCG
