My client is an ambitious organisation within the property and housing sector with a modern office in Berkshire seeking a Finance Business Partner for an interim assignment.
Description
The key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:
- Forecasting of treasury and cash flow data for budget forecasts and management accounts
- Support teams with financial appraisals for new developments
- Preparation of long term financial plan (using Brixx)
- Strategic projects such as raising of loans and improving cash flow forecasts
- Liaison with funders
Profile
The successful Finance Business Partner will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) and have experience as a Finance Business Partner within the property and housing sector (social housing ideal). You will be able to give examples of when you have completed the core responsibilities of the role in a similar setting demonstrating the ability to hit the ground running in this organisation.
