Payroll Project Manager

Hays are recruiting for a large international business services and marketing organisation based in the heart of Norwich.
Your new role
The main purpose of the role is to support the HR and Payroll project team in the migration of various pension scheme data onto new ERP systems that are currently being implemented. This post holder will be working closely with project managers and business partners to streamline processes, interrogate large volumes of data and ensuring that new workflows are operating correctly. You will have to troubleshoot any queries regarding three pension schemes and be involved in process mapping.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong working knowledge of end to end payroll process within a large business and ideally have a comprehensive knowledge of pension administration. You will ideally hold a CIPP qualification and have knowledge of Workday, although this is not essential
You must be able to start on short notice and be available for a minimum of 6 months. You must be highly organised, able to work logically and be able to manage your own workload effectively. You must also have strong IT skills.
