Classic manufacturing accountant role within a division of a growing business

Your new company
An ambitious local organisation who have secured significant investment to drive their growth are in the market to appoint an accountant with strong knowledge of manufacturing principles.

Your new role
The role will encompass a variety of duties including cost accounting, work in progress, inventory management and the calculation of absorption rates and variances. Furthermore you will review and address any anomalies on weekly production orders and support the FC with month end close. You will engage the parent company to ensure best practice is adopted when it comes to cost accounting principles across the wider group.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an accountant with prior knowledge of manufacturing principles from a similar role.
