Senior Finance Officer - Cardiff £26,000 - £29,000

Your new company are a well established not for profit charity based in central Cardiff.

Your new role
You will be responsible for overseeing the finance services of the organisation and will supervise the Finance Administrators ensuring that the service meets the need of the organisation. Duties will include ensuring reconciliation of bank records, salary control ledgers and other control accounts; preparation of trial balance; preparation of draft annual reports and financial statements.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience of preparing accounts to trial balance and preparing financial statements including analysis of income and expenditure and producing variance reports for budget holders. The ability to communicate complex financial issues effectively to wide range of people. Understanding and prior experience of staff management.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary in region of £26,000 - £29,000. 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) rising to 33 days with length of service. Flexible shift patterns and Healthcare scheme.
