To manage the finance function.
To ensure that the board and investors are furnished with high quality management information, budgets and forecasts.

Description
The Financial Controller will have overall responsibility for the running of the Finance function (5 people), with a specific focus on the "Commercial" aspects.
Working closely with the board and external investors, the Financial Controller will be responsible for the Forecasting, Budgeting, KPI analysis, and helping to drive the growth of this entrepreneurial business.
Managing cashflow and analysing FX impacts on the business will be crucial, as will ensuring that the board have high quality management information.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (likely CIMA) with a proven track record of driving growth in an entrepreneurial SME.
Previous Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
Experience of working with a demanding board / investor would also be beneficial.
International experience is extremely useful.
The ability to develop into Finance Director (current FD is looking to retire!), is also essential.
