Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper Job - Victoria - Architect Company - £30,000 + Bonus

Your new company
You will joining a luxury architect firm based in Victoria, the company has offices globally and they are looking to hire an experienced Bookkeeper. You will sit in a finance team of 2 people and answer in to the Finance Director. Your responsibility will be to close off both ledgers and take the accounts to trial balance. The office environment is causal, and the work culture is friendly and relaxed.

Your new role
-You will be processing invoices
-You will be raising invoices
-You will be conducting bank reconciliations
-You will be liaising with suppliers to answer queries
-You will be assisting with the month end
-You will be conducting VAT returns

What you'll need to succeed
-You will need to have good experience as a bookkeeper
-You will need to have exposure to closing off ledgers
-You will need to be friendly and outgoing
-You will need to be motivated and ambitious
-You will need to be studying AAT, ACCA, CIMA
