Client Details

The business is an established, leading group, with a huge international presence. Based in the Thames Valley, the Regional Commercial Finance Director will support General Managers to aid them in commercial decision making.

The company is growing, and is outperforming the competition. Due to an internal restructure, this is a newly created role.

Description

The Regional Commercial Finance Director will lead the FP&A team, as well as the Commercial Finance Team (headcount approx 20). The role will ensure that the Head of FP&A has enough support to offer an excellent service to the UK and international business, and that the Commercial Finance Team are partnering with the GM's across the global business in order to aid profitable decision making.

Profile

The successful candidate will have an impressive academic background and professional finance qualification. Following this, it would be preferred that candidates have made logical moves on their CV to get them to a 'Head of FP&A' or Commercial Finance Director level. We won't consider candidates who have moved company very frequently throughout their career.

Experience of change management, redesigning finance teams, and staff leadership are all required. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will have an engaging personality, with high levels of drive and ambition.

Job Offer

A salary of between £110,000 and £120,000 depending on experience. A car allowance of £12,000 and a bonus of circa 20%. Private Health care, Pension, Flex Bens all in addition. Parking on site, with the office close to a train station.
