Within this role you will provide analytical support across all the development and asset management teams, to enable the delivery of the asset management strategy. It's essential that you have a proven track record of data analysis to drive improvements and ensure the maintenance service delivers high standards of customer service and minimises the impact and disruption to customers and also achieves excellent value for money. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of property development and current legislation and regulations to identify improvements in internal processes and procedures and ensure best practice and in accordance with quality systems such as: ISO9001 and EFQM. To be successful in this role you will have strong people management skills and a determination to coach, develop and motivate members of the team. You will support the Assistant Director in relation to performance, financial management, quality assurance and customer service delivery.
