Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of monthly forecasts including reconciliation of expenses Assist with the completion of monthly journals, accruals and VAT returns Raise and receipt purchase orders Prepare and manage weekly cash allocation Maintenance of the Accounts Payable ledger Monthly bank reconciliations and associated balance sheet reconciliations Prepare accounts to trial balance Key Requirements: Experience with Sage is extremely beneficial Strong experience with the month end processes Strong Accounts Payable experience Ability to effectively communicate with both the finance and operational teams Intermediate Excel skills This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/86616337
