Job Role; Part Qualified - ACCA / CIMA Assistant Accountant Location; South Manchester - close to Bus / Train and Tram links - also limited on site car parking Salary; £27,000 - £32,000 - salary will be dependent on proximity to Qualification Consultants; Karen Reynolds and Andrew Schofield Based at our Clients South Manchester Head Office - our Client is an International Group of Companies who are looking to appoint an ambitious / dynamic Assistant Accountant who is determined to qualify ACCA or CIMA. This is a hands on a role for a driven character - who can deliver within defined deadlines and KPI's, the role also requires an individual who can take a step back and report on the 'bigger' picture. Daily / Weekly / Monthly activities will include; preparation of detailed Balance Sheet Reconciliations reporting for VAT and Intrastat - both Internal and External preparation of a range of detailed Reports including WIP / VAT / Payroll / Control Account Reconciliations - at all times checking for SOX Compliance Service delivery within this role is vital - you will be working with a mix of Qualified and Finalist Accountants in this role - you will also work with Finance and Non Finance Managers - therefore your communication skills both written and verbal need to be tip top To be suited to this role you must want to work in a fast paced and challenging environment, you also need to be driven to seek continuous improvement - both as an individual and within the business.
