Global Organisation is currently seeking a Part Time Billing Specialist to join the team on an initial 12 month contract. Operating under supervision, the Part Time Billing Specialist is accountable for all aspect of billing, revenue recognition and balance sheet reconciliations for the SSC. This position will report to the Revenue Accounting Supervisor. The Client is seeking 5 hours work per day Duties of the Part Time Billing Specialist include: To read, understand (so as to identify Revenue Reconciliation deal breakers) and load on to SAP all contracts received. Maintain contracts on SAP Issue invoices and credit memos to customers. Reviewing and calculating billable expenses Filling customer invoices. Update, Customer PO log, contract and invoice register. AR and Deferred GL account reconciliations. Revenue recognition. Complete and file SOX documentation. Communicate regularly with Project and Finance Managers to ensure all information is received. Skills and Knowledge Required for the Billing Specialist Minimum 1 years' experience of contract billing preferably in a shared service centre. Experience with SAP preferable. Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel). Knowledge of accounting terminology and procedures. Excellent data review and processing skills Detail oriented Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and speech. Must have good organizational skills. This job was originally posted as
