Title: Senior Credit Controller (Part time)
Salary:
£36,000 - £40,000 pro rata Contract type: This is a part time role and the salary will be paid on an hourly rate of £21 per hour Hours: 9am-2.30pm Monday -Friday (25 hours a week)
Location:
Kingston, South West London Duties: Reporting to the AR Manager, the main purpose of the role is to ensure that debt is collected on time and good relations are maintained at all times with all our key FMCG customers. This is a lovely company that treats its staff and clients very well indeed. The office facilities are state-of-the-art, and the team is warm and friendly. Responsibilities You will be meeting monthly collection targets Daily posting and allocating the cash received in the bank Dealing with customer queries Reducing and monitoring the bad debt Provide notes on the accounts chased and forward any query to the relevant department Ensuring all debts are chased effectively and in a friendly way, by letter and 'phone Liaising with other departments across the business Requirements Previous credit control experience (Essential) Experience with large FMCG accounts (Essential) Excellent level of English in both verbal and written communication (Essential). Intermediate level of Excel at a minimum. You will work with V-Lockups Knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft is highly desirable, but not essential Educated to degree level or equivalent qualifications or experience
