The Role: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join an established motor trade business based on the outskirts of Warwick on a full time basis. Reporting to the Finance Director of the business and working closely with the team, the ideal candidate will possess experience in a supervisor role or have enough experience that they are looking for a step up into this type of position. If you have Kerridge experience, and currently/ previously working in the motor trade in this type of role, this would be highly desirable to our client. Role &

Responsibilities:
Current responsibility for five staff, which is likely to rise to over the next 12-24 months due to growth. This role covers holiday sign off, appraisals, inductions, training & mentoring. Our client is ideally looking for someone who can come into this position with a view to creating a team over the next few years. Responsible for the weekly BACS payment, to guide the team with statement reconciliations and make payments. Responsible for monitoring the whole ledger looking for exceptions, using existing reports We are looking for someone who is hands on at busy times and can cover holiday/sickness but would envisage the role becoming more about managing the team and helping with their training & development long term. Motor trade experience & Kerridge system experience (DESIRABLE). If you have current or previous accounts experience from within a motor trade business and have a keen interest in joining an excellent flexible working business, this could be the role for you. The Package: Salary - £26,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience, plus fantastic company benefits. 08:30-5:00 with 60 minutes for lunch. Flexible hours available.
