Joining the TUI Destination Experiences Finance Team as a Finance Manager for Non-EU regions, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate balance sheet reporting and the identification of material risks and opportunities for senior management. In addition, you will play a key role in monthly and quarterly reporting working closely with local and regional finance teams and the DX Financial Controller. What you will be doing Reporting to the Head of Finance - Accounting & Reporting, you will be responsible for balance sheet review across the sector. This will include review calls with local and regional teams, monthly desktop review of the region (APAC, Indian Ocean and Americas) and identification and tracking of Risks and Opps for senior management You will be committed to building an in-depth understanding of the entities you look after, providing guidance and support to local teams on month end processes and accounting issues liaising closely with the TUI Group accounting team You will play a key role supporting monthly reporting ensuring that Group deadlines are met and that support and guidance is given to local teams on HFM reporting and enrichments You will be responsible for co-ordinating the monthly intercompany reconciliation process in the region ensuring local teams clear material mismatches in a timely manner You will be working closely with regional and local finance teams, maintaining a good relationship between central DX Finance and local functions Build up strong working knowledge of HFM On a quarterly basis you will be responsible for the preparation of materials for Divisional reporting including sector level analytical review, preparation and co-ordination of audit deliverable and supporting the Financial Controller in resolving ad-hoc audit and Group queries as required You will be the DX lead ensuing that accounting policies are aligned across all of our entities, specifically including CAPEX.
