Personal Tax Senior - Regional Accountancy Firm - Gainsborough The Role Our client is a highly regarded, regional accountancy firm. The firm are looking to invest in the appointment of an experienced Personal Tax Senior to join their Gainsborough office. The firm offers a full range of accounting and taxation services to a varied client portfolio of small to medium sized owner managed businesses, through to larger corporate organisations and have developed a highly successful client service lead business, which has been pivotal in their growth and expansion. Duties and Responsibilities Working within a supportive environment, the individual will have developed experience within a tax compliance capacity and will be responsible for a variety of client services which includes: Managing own portfolio of clients, building strong working relationships Preparing Personal Tax Returns Monitor submission and other key deadlines Assists Personal Tax Department to deliver an effective, all round tax service to clients including IHT, PAYE and NIC Sending letters with computations and returns out to clients for review and submissions of returns to HMRC Manage client and HMRC queries The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years personal tax experience and ideally ATT qualified or studying CTA , however applications are encouraged from individuals who have decided not to study formal tax qualifications but have developed suitable experience. Individuals must have the ability to work to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as being able to manage their own day to day workload.
