Reporting to the Senior Managing Accountant, your role will be to deliver the management accounting month end (P&L / Balance Sheet) to agreed timelines and quality and to provide overall management accounting support to the business Responsible for: Assist in the collection of specific month end data, other teams and external payroll providers in the European countries Assist in the preparation of month-end takings reconciliations, and posting of sales and cash Own tasks in the process to complete specific surgery P&Ls and producing their monthly management accounts to a high level of accuracy Work together with the MA team to produce payroll review and summary review points to the SSC Finance Manager as per the month-end timetable Sales reconciliation work, journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations Assist in the preparation of reconciled balance sheet pack each month Dealing with queries via the Local Finance and/or Business Support Manager teams, regarding their results, providing support to Takings to clear their surgery reconciliation and assist them with process adherence Assist MA team in new clinic acquisition processes. Any other tasks as required Essential Person Specification Strong academically, AAT qualified or equivalent. Must have sufficient commercial experience i.e. not someone looking to move from practice Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment - flexibility is key Excellent IT skills including excel, and confident on various management reporting systems Strong attention to detail, and able to deliver right-first-time results quickly Deadline focussed, and willing to put in the effort required to ensure they always meet them Understanding of small companies and how they work Comfortable working within a clinical environment where compassion is a requirement Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work well within the team The Offer A competitive salary Opportunity to earn an annual bonus(based on company performance) Study support 5% Employer Pension Contributions for everyone who is fully qualified. 25 days of holidays per holiday year.
