Your New Job As Finance Manager in this niche sector, you shall be responsible for the management and development of 4 junior members of staff. With responsibility for the production of the monthly management accounts pack, you shall also take time to work closely with budget holders and business partner across varying areas of the business. A varied role, you shall also be responsible for the production of budgets, forecasting and support the managers with commentary to challenge noticeable variances. As Finance Manager you shall take ownership of management accounting process and look to improve process and procedure to continually enhance productivity. You shall support management with monthly and annual reporting packs and be business partner to the senior team, assisting them to make sound business decisions through your knowledge and experience within a finance leader role. With exposure to a number of interesting finance projects you shall also seek to contribute to continuous improvement programmes and development of process and procedure. Your Experience & Our Requirements You shall be a Finance Manager with experience in a driven, successful and astute business. You shall also have experience in the Housing Sector as this is a requirement. With strong technical skills you shall also have key attributes to be an effective Finance Business Partner.
