My client is a building and construction company based in Potters Bar. They are looking for a temporary accounts receivable assistant ready to join their busy team. This company are based nationwide and are planning their expansion.

Description

The responsibilities of the accounts receivable include:

Producing invoices and credit notes, ensuring accurate billings of all sales and recording information
Setting up new and maintaining existing sales ledger accounts
Proactively chase remits by sending emails and contacting customers in order to receive the relevant information to allocate payment
Responding to account queries in a timely manner
Taking card payments and allocating the payment against invoices

Profile

The successful candidate will:

Well organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
Personable approach
Working knowledge of Sales ledger function
Computer literate
