Description

• reconcile monthly prepayments and accruals

• oversee sales and purchase ledger

• produce various reconciliations for management accounts

• produce and review monthly management accounts

• deal with miscellaneous queries and requests from sites and management

• manage the day to day operations of the accounts department with the help of the Accountant

• manage and review the work of accounts staff with the help of the Accountant

• process bank transactions and investigate unknown items

• manage and complete the company pension auto-enrolment process

• oversee the payroll and reconcile wages to management accounts

• provide support to Accountant and Managing Director when needed

Profile

Management Accounts experience is essential.

Good knowledge of Excel

QBE/PQ/Actively studying
