Description

To process all supplier invoices/credit notes as per work stream, timely and within all full compliance

To allocate all manual payments to the supplier file timely and correctly

To assist in the preparation of payment proposals

To assist with the reporting of all debtor balances on the Creditor ledger

To reconcile supplier statements and resolve any unidentified items

To generate and send out monthly customer statements

To allocate receipts received from customers to appropriate customer account

To produce any manual customer invoice/credit notes required timely and within full compliance

Complete daily banking posting

Complete weekly bank reconciliations

Credit control duties

Complete all AR postings, timely and with full compliance

Complete Petty cash and advance transactions for internal customers and manage and maintain floats

Process all company expenses including credit card claims within policy and finance rule

Profile

Proficient user of Microsoft Office

Proficient user in financial software

Basic accounting knowledge

Good experience of working in a general Finance environment
