We are recruiting for a fast paced and high growth technology business that will look to do an exit in 18-24 months, looking for a Group Financial Controller. This will pay £75,000-85,000 share options. This business is a Series B business. The role we are recruiting will be focussing on working with the CFO to drive insightful analysis, business partnering, FP&A and also consolidate the statutory accounts and include in the board pack. This individual needs to be bright, hungry to learn and understand that investors will require from time to time specific management information that needs to be prepared quickly. Alongside the high-level finance work, this person will need to roll their sleeves up and manage all of the transactional side of finance including credit control, accounts payable, reconciliations and also look after the cashflow. This person will be Big 4/Top 10 ACA/CA trained only and have a good grounding in practice, then gone into the industry as a Finance Manager/Financial Controller. They will have managed a team before and have experience preferably from a smaller business, though the client would also look at someone moving from a larger business to a smaller business.
