I am currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant for a client based in Edinburgh City Centre. The role is a 3 month fixed term contract with a high possibility of a permanent position at the end. The role: The duty of a Purchase Ledger Assistant is to oversee money being paid out by the company they work for. Some of your responsibilities will be: Processing invoices Reconciling supplier statements Preparing and running BACS payments Assisting with month-end reporting The ideal candidate will also have experience in Credit Control.
