Responsibilities of the Technical Pensions SME: Company-wide subject matter expert on pensions and drawdown Oversight of SIPP operational processes will be shared with the Team Manager Responsible for analysis and impact assessment with regards to pension changes in regulations/legislation Key point of contact for technical pension queries Liaising with HMRC, specifically in relation to Drawdown book payroll FCA reporting e.g. the Retirement Data returns Provide coaching and training for the team Building and maintaining strong working relationships through outstanding communication Supporting the resolution of first line complaints and risk events Evaluation of root cause analysis with regards to complaints and risk events Background of the Technical Pensions SME: Experience in the pensions industry, from a technical background is essential Experience in Drawdown is essential Knowledge of Benefit Crystallisation Events and Lifetime allowance calculations is essential Knowledge of HMRC processes, reporting and income tax is essential Experience working in a customer centric culture is essential Process improvement experience is beneficial Strong communication skills Professional qualifications desired: CF1/R01, FA2, CF4/R04, Level 3 Award in Financial Administration Sarah wants: pensions, drawdown, crystallisation events, customer services By submitting your information, you confirm you have read and understood our Privacy Notice which outlines how we use information we collect about you.
