We are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant for a 3 month temporary contract with the possibility of permanent opportunities. What does the job entail? Chasing aged debtors Analysing aged debt Building strong relationships with colleagues and clients Work to reduce debt Purchase Ledger Checking and challenging invoices and payments Coding and uploading invoices Bank reconciliations Processing credit card transactions Liaising with external suppliers and internal staff Ad hoc admin Skills and Experience Debt collecting experience 2 years work experience in a relevant role Problem solving skills Strong numeracy & communication skills Excellent problem solving skills Be able to balance tasks and prioritise workload Experience using Excel To be successful you need to be hard-working and have great attention to detail. You will be expected to be confident and use your own initiative as well as applying your experience and knowledge to each individual case to demonstrate support and understanding.
